Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with SkinPop. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped and delivered.

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days from the date your order is shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s) where available. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes
SkinPop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delayed, lost or damaged orders
SkinPop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at skinpop865@outlook.fr so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will help you locate it.

Wrong address
Please make sure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. SkinPop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
